Alex was incredibly helpful from when we booked the house right through to when we left. The house is excellent and is extremely well kitted out! The location was perfect being only 25 mins from the airport and the close to a local supermarket, beaches etc. We shall definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Spacious, contemporary villa in secluded location
A generous, well equipped villa with stunning mountain views which massively exceeded our expectations. We celebrated a big birthday here, accommodating 12 people in total comfortably and hosting a pool party for many more. The mix of terraces and space around the pool is ideal for socialising yet there is plenty of privacy too. Alex and his team went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, offering recommendations for beaches, local restaurants, private drivers, DJ, caterers and bar. One thing to stress is the need for a car / local taxi service as the villa is off the beaten track and Alex's recommendation was particularly helpful. A thoroughly positive experience which I can highly recommend.

A chilled relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings
We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday in this stunning and spacious villa. The owner was super helpful and friendly and made sure we knew we were welcome. The villa was a perfect size for two families holidaying together and there was more than enough space for everyone. It was well equipped and everything worked. The pool was simply wonderful and one of the best we have used. The views of the pretty local countryside were gorgeous. Whilst everywhere was in easy reach it was essential to hire a car. We had simply the best time.

Beautiful, clean and contemporary villa
I stayed at the villa for my 40th birthday celebration with a group of 12 girlfriends. The villa was fantastic. We spent a lovely day in and around the stunning pool. It is exactly as it is represented in the picture, calm and serene. The villa itself is decorated in a clean and contemporary way. I was thrilled, as it was a girls trip, that everyone could have their own bed and that each bedroom had an ensuite. Finally, Alex and his local team are great, super helpful in terms of recommendations of restaurants, beach clubs, local transportation, day trips to Formentera, etc. We had the most amazing stay and I would definitely go back to the Villa.

A beautiful fully equipped villa in a secluded part of the island very close to Es Cubells.
Alex was really helpful in assisting with all elements of our stay in his incredibly spacious and elegant villa. Everything that we needed was there or a short call away from Alex and his team. Highly recommend staying here and we will most certainly be staying again.

Absolutely Magnificent Property and Location!!
This is by far one of the best villa experiences I have had. We had a small wedding party there for a long weekend stay and it could not have worked out better for us. Communication was very good with the owner Alex and the manager Esmee. The place was better than expected and we didn't have any issues with the property whatsoever. Perfect location 20 minutes from Ibiza town, 20 minutes from San Antoni, and 5 minutes from Cala D'Hort. We will definitely stay at this property again upon our next return.

WOW what a beautiful villa and location...would certianly go back!
Myself, partner and 5 other couples rented this beautiful villa for 4 nights. We were blown away, gorgeous views, stunning villa, fabulous layout and everything you needed was there. We had such a fabulous time and thought we would eat out more, but as it was so fab we stayed and enjoyed the villa. I would certainly recommend it and we would certainly come back! All I would say is that you certainly need a hire car or to use taxis, which we did and the list which the Villa owner gave had many numbers to use. The management agency for check in and out were great too and the the mid weekend clean was done excellently. Thanks Alex, Esmi for a lovely ong weekend.

Perfect for a large group of friends
We were a group of 12 in our late twenties from London, looking for a peaceful villa slightly out of the action and we were very happy with our experience at Casa Kiva. The great thing too is that nothing was too far away, there's a fantastic little beach a couple of miles down the road, and it was only a short taxi to Ibiza Town and San Antonio. There's also a nice little shop and a few restaurants in town for when we felt like having a quieter evening.
The villa is huge and really spacious for twelve people; we never felt we were on top of each other. We loved the sunsets from the infinity pool and the large patio dining area where we cooked on the BBQ most evenings.
It was really easy dealing with the property management company, and the owner Alex has good contacts with local travel companies which made getting a mini bus to/from nights out a real added bonus. The villa guide was also great in helping us to pick some of the nicest restaurants on the island.
It was a wonderful week at Casa Kiva and we hope to be able to visit again as the villa was one of the key factors behind our holiday being so great.

Great house for a big group!
We spent an amazing holiday in this stunning villa, Casa Kiva. The villa is modern, spacious with great art throughout. There is a wonderful sense of calm and feels very spacious coupled with incredible panoramic views of the valley. We had 11 people and everyone slept well and had plenty of space. We loved eating outside at night and relaxing in the comfortable outdoor areas. The owner Alex was very helpful, he was extremely attentive and responded to emails and calls immediately.He aided in arranging transport and chefs making every step of our trip hassle free and very relaxing. We can't wait to go back to Ibiza. Thanks again to Alex for making it so special.

Beautiful and relaxing
Alex was super helpful before we got there, giving us transportation and restaurant suggestions. The villa is located in a very peacful setting. It is large, well appointed, and the pool is amazing. I would definitely stay there again!

An amazing stay in a beautiful villa that is just perfect for your family holiday.
Located in the beautiful wooded hills above Es Cubels it's a really beautifully decorated villa, spacious, well thought out with the lovely living room and outside area . Marvelous pool and ping-pong area with lounge chairs overlooking breathtaking scenery.
The staff were excellent very professional and provided great service and anything we needed. Beds were very comfy. Massive modern gas barbecue for wonderful evening's in.
Alex, the owner, is also very professional and attentive to your needs.
We all seriously recommend this place as you will have a wonderful time and it's a great base to hop off and explore the rest of the island.
Only been back home after a couple of days And already missing it.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay ... Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Fantastic Villa
The villa is very relaxing with subtle but stylish understated furnishings. All the bedrooms are nicely spread out, there is plenty of outdoor space and a number of locations for a spot of lunch. Dreamy views and very peaceful as there are no neighbours close by.
Communication and information from Owner and local travel team was fantastic and helpful. Villa was clean, comfortable and very practical for the 9 of us that stayed.

Stunning location great rooms and lovely pool
we stayed for 5 days in April for a family birthday. The villa is beautifully neutrally furnished and in a great position in the south of the island. 2 good local restaurants and really good local supermarket. The owner explained that he is in the process of updating the villa but we had a lovely relaxed time anyway but with the improvements the villa is going to be amazing. The sun sets in front of the pool and terrace, its incredibly quiet - blissful and all the rooms are a good size with good bathrooms. Lovely linen and the kitchen is very well equipped - there is a very large indoor and outdoor dining table and loads of chairs as we had to use both for the time of year.
Efficient cleaning service came twice during our stay and there is a very informative villa manual with local info.
We will definitely be going back to stay at this villa - it was perfect, thank you

Great stay, great villa, great staff, great owner!
We loved staying at Alex's house! We were a group of 11 people and we really enjoyed every moment. Each room has its own shower room. Everything is clean and the spaces are big enough for 12 persons. The pool is hot and there are enough sun beds! I would definitely come back and I strongly recommend this house.
Only negative point: the access to the villa, quite far away. But there is still the possibility to book a private driver!

Prachtige, rustig gelegen luxe villa perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie met een groep vrienden.
Mooie en luxe accommodatie in de heuvels van Ibiza. Wij hebben hier genoten met een groep vrienden. Buiten eten op het mooie terras met buitenBBQ. Relaxen en zonnebaden op de loungebanken. Zwemmen in het zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Ruime opzet met 6 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
